ISOLEXPORT

SUSTAINABILITY AND FOREIGN MARKETS

In 2025 Isolcasa launched the project “ISOLEXPORT - Sustainability and foreign markets”,
aimed at supporting the process of opening up and consolidating its presence on international markets, in line with the objectives of the Emilia Romagna region's 2021-2027 ERDF Regional Programme - Action 1.3.2.

The project allowed ISOLCASA to participate in international B2B fairs and carry out promotional and commercial development activities, strengthening presence on foreign markets and favoring entering new international contexts.

Through the activities carried out, the company has promoted its innovative and sustainable products, expanded its network of relationships with foreign operators and consolidated the brand's competitive positioning, contributing to the growth and competitiveness objectives of SMEs envisaged by the ERDF programme.

ISOLCASA at Repeople Network Zug

ISOLCASA participated in the event Repeople Network Zug, took place on 20 November 2025, An opportunity for international discussion and networking on the topics of innovation and business relations.

Participation in Repeople Network Zug on 20/11/2025 is co-financed under the “Digital Export 2024-2025 call”, promoted by Chambers of Commerce of Emilia-Romagna and the Emilia-Romagna Region to support the internationalization processes of companies.

The "Digital Export 2024-2025" call for proposals is part of the "Preparing SMEs to Face International Markets: the SEI Points" project and aims to strengthen the ability of regional companies to operate in foreign markets through tools and services dedicated to exports and international promotion.

The digital evolution of ISOLCASA SRL

Project abstract:
The project aims to digitize and integrate business processes through the introduction of advanced software solutions to support sales, production, and management activities. The project involves the implementation of an advanced product configurator for the automatic generation of offers and bills of materials, reducing processing times and improving the accuracy of technical and commercial information.

The project also includes the extension of the SAM ERP system with APS and MES modules to improve production planning and monitoring, the adoption of an EDI system for digital integration with suppliers, and the introduction of a Business Intelligence module for advanced reporting and structured maintenance management.

The overall investment will strengthen the integration of corporate information flows, improve operational efficiency, and support decisions based on reliable, up-to-date data.

Objectives and expected results
The project's primary objective is to raise the company's digital maturity level through the introduction of integrated technological solutions capable of improving the coordination and efficiency of business processes. Specifically, the project aims to enhance the existing management system through integration with advanced digital tools capable of connecting data, machines, and operational processes, promoting more structured and timely information management.

Specific objectives include: optimizing the management of production and maintenance processes, improving the traceability of activities, increasing the quality and reliability of company data, and strengthening IT security and business continuity. The introduction of data collection and analysis technologies will also support faster decision-making based on up-to-date and integrated information.

Expected outcomes include greater integration between different company systems, a reduction in operational inefficiencies, improved process control, enhanced data-driven decision-making, and increased overall productivity. In the medium term, the project will contribute to strengthening the company's competitiveness, fostering organizational innovation and the ability to adapt to technological and market changes.
