WE LISTEN TO YOU

The company is committed to operating ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with laws, regulations, and provisions. Therefore, it has implemented specific rules and a whistleblowing process to provide potential whistleblowers (employees, directors, managers, members of the supervisory body, suppliers, and other company stakeholders) with secure channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved, and any person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.

Channels internal reporting, as required by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10.03.2023, must allow whistleblowers to communicate any violations they become aware of in the workplace, of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or the company itself.

IMPORTANT: do not use whistleblowing reporting channels to communicate “complaints”, i.e. to assert disputes, claims or requests linked to a PERSONAL interest that pertain exclusively to one's employment relationship or one's relationships with hierarchical superiors”.

HOW TO REPORT

The company has made available an external digital reporting platform, managed by a specialized third party, to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process.
